Tim Hortons - WITLESS BAY

Worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. Service was TERRIBLE. This establishment should be used as a textbook example of how NOT to run a food service outlet. Firstly, half the menu board was unavailable. Therefore, we placed a simple order of 1 coffee 2 bagels toasted 2 frozen lemonade 1 donut. Had to return 3x as the order was incorrect. Left hungry and frustrated ?

Counter service sucks. Not just at one location but in most locations.

All Tim's locations are getting worse. Ordered cold brew got old coffee with cream on

It's Tim Hortons. Canadians have been brainwashed into thinking it is The Canadian Coffee. It's not.

First time ever at a Tim Horton's. My husband said my visit to Canada isn't complete unless I have Tim Horton coffee, I must say, it was much better than our hotel room coffee. We also got a breakfast sandwich before we went on our whale tour. Fast friendly service and clean restrooms. Come to NC please!
