The baker stopped and chatted to us about getting the temperature right before you can eat a pie. After we made our selection, we sat outside and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The pastry was buttery and flakey. The filling, full of chunks of steak with just the right amount of lovely gravy and seasoning. We purchased curry pies....delicious. Glad we stopped!
It was the sign for Witchy Pies that made me stop. Having owned a pie shop always keen to try a pie in interesting places. The pepper steak pie was excellent and my wife(who never eats pies) really enjoyed her chicken and vegetable pie. The baker is very proud of his product and so he should be.
I can not believe this place wasn't listed yet! Country service with a smile!...It is a must visit on the Foodie Trail of the Margaret River Region. Lots of home-baked style biscuits and pastries as well as your bakery goods and some gluten free! A great place for morning or afternoon tea on your trips out and about. With it's old fashioned bakery decor, it's an interesting place to sit a relax with a coffee and a cake.
A stop over between Stone Cottages and Margaret River. Also a Bakery with great Pies, Coffee and of course the Cookies.
A small and quaint shop selling cookies and pies. Had apple pie, which is absolutely fabulous. The Swiss roll and beef pie were really good too. Highly recommended!
