Bidra med feedbackWe were disappointed by our last visit. Freshness of dubious products, almost as white cheese on flambées pies, onions not found and let's not cool. Friendly staff and bosses. Lack of apples on the torched pie Calvados apples.
Reserved by friends for a meeting’ we tasted a pot with fire that was perfect to my taste’ after the bouillon the pot with everything it takes and a iced dessert just perfect to digest a fast and efficient service by a very smiling staff
...in SCHWABWILLER, 2km from BETSCHDORF place of Alsatian pottery. Customer parking in the courtyard and also...a few terrace tables. Two large single rooms, local customers including 8 ONF agents, offer family cooking dishes, presented in the same way in collective dishes to be distributed among the guests of the table, very copious, with possibility to ask again! About 19E 3 coffee dishes this day: oeuf à la Russe, emincé de porc-riz cantonais-gratin de PdeT- Profiterole au chocolat) : we eat satisfactorily, without being able to shout at the creative genius of the kitchen, which responds well to a simple cuisine of every day and appreciated in view of the rooms filled that day. Smiling service, hyper efficient, fast: you can go back to your professional or tourist activities without a waste of time.
Looking for a restaurant near the Fort du schoenenbourg, after calling 2 or 3 renowned restaurants, but closed on Sunday noon, we were advised this hotel for its Alsatian specialities. Error! : Arrived on site, a menu from Sunday to € 26,00 is offered (not Alsatian for 2 subs of size this menu) and à la carte apart the palette to the devil (good but without being exceptional), nothing very typical. 3 of the 4 guests fall off on a grilled ankle... which is not one because we are used for the false net. The service is not done at the plate and dates a little (we bring the food in stainless steel dishes and we serve you all with the smile which is already not so bad). The accompaniment of his copyy certainly and the vegetables of the garden are good and fresh but really without being extremely horse-drawn on the services, for the kitchen aspect, I do widely at home and I do not speak of the presentation of the dishes more than family. Note very positive, the waitress and the bosses are pleasant but at the limit of the embarrassing because we were asked 10 times if everything was okay. After 09 days in Alsace, we have a nice welcome from this hotel but honestly we have eaten much better in other establishments (see my other comments from the region) throughout our stay. The interior is really dated at the level of decor ... There on the other hand it is typical but very 60 years. A frustrating note even the € 80.00 for 4 aperitives and 4 dishes. Thank you anyway, but we were a little confused.
