Always a quick and easy way to get food without any wait!

We ordered 6 subs, got day old bread, my wife’s comment “why is the bread so sharp?” Was told if we wanted a bag, napkins or mayo that it was at the pickup and we could serve ourselves. Subs weren’t numbered. Was not up to the JJ standard that we expect. Probably won’t be back. Also, we were the only customers in the place.

After a terrible experience at the Baraboo location, our family left and traveled out of our way 20 minutes to this location. It was well worth it. Customer service was so understanding of the situation and confirmed the excuse from the other location was definitely not “company police” as the other store had stated. Kindness and honesty go a long way!

This Jimmy John’s location is pretty standard in service and food quality. We got our food pretty fast and had a good meal. I don’t really have anything to complain about, our service was great. There is plenty of parking at this location and the staff were very friendly. Wisconsin Dells, WI.I don 't usually rate fast service or fast food restaurants unless they were really good or really bad. It 's Jimmy John 's, the food is standard subs and chips, no big deal from a culinary point of view. However, I am rating this restaurant for its service. I visited on Sunday, 11-12-23 at 1:15 p.m. I walked the door and was greeted by the counter person with a very friendly welcome and big smile. I felt like I truly mattered to her as a customer. She was very polite while taking my order and ensured its accuracy with my special requests. The two employees making the sandwiches were also very friendly. They were super fast and one made a joke apologizing for the long wait. I think my entire time from order to walking out with the bag was less than 2 minutes! The workers here deserve praise for making my experience a good one and the 5 stars are only because of them. Not the food. Although the food wasn 't bad either.
