Bidra med feedbackChristmas decoration shopping didn’t disappoint once i had been for lunch! It was possibly the coldest day this year and I walked into such a cosy cafe, the place is huge and very busy. I ordered from the specials board, a ‘yorkie wrap’ and a pot of tea. It was unreal, the wrap was like Christmas on a plate! I saw several other customers around me also having the same so I know I’d picked well : I can’t wait to bring my sisters here soon for a Christmas catch up. The service was so fast considering the cafe was full and the atmosphere was busy but had a lovely feel to it with the Christmas music and gorgeous decorations.
I came in for breakfast with my family. The food was brilliant and the coffees were gorgeous! Definitely will be coming back! The staff were so kind and were happy to help with any of our needs! Thankyou Atrium x
Overpriced and terrible service. I’ve visited twice in the last 3 weeks and both times only ordered drinks, both times they took ages to arrive and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The staff are disinterested and the place looks tired.
Took my mum and kids for a cuppa and cake two weeks ago as a treat. Spent £34. Food looked lovely. Had a fab visit the week prior. This visit was shocking. Cakes and drinks arrived. Cutlery filthy. Cups smeared with chocolate cake. Milk jug dirty. Asked for new one, young waitress slammed the new one down in front of us without saying a word. A tea pot arrived empty. When I queried this they said the empty one was to refill the other, so one teabag between two people!! They said they would sort out. Still no sign after 10 mins, I had to go to the counter. They then said oh we should have given you a big teapot with two teabags in and promised to bring another..... another wait........ I had to go up to the counter again. I have contacted Carr Farm about our shoddy experience with no reply. Guess they are really not bothered..... I really am disappointed by the experience and lack of response from the Management!!
Ordered vegetable soup and cheese and Branson sandwich. £10. Overpriced and the soup was just water with veg in it and it was only luke warm. The sandwiches didn’t have much cheese in but they had an abundance of Branson pickle which overpowered the sandwich. It’s a strange place.
