Chipotle Mexican Grill - Winter Springs

I?ve been going to this specific location for about 5 years now and the service is getting progressively worse. Lines are always long never have enough food I had to wait 15 mins for steak and brown rice and un top of everything I got this an entire piece of Avocado. This is not it Chipotle do better.

We have been going to Chipotle in Winter Springs since they opened. Usually great food, clean restaurant, and friendly service. However, the last 12-18 months everything has been going downhill quickly. The past 8-10 times we have been there the restaurant was dirty, including where the food is prepared. The lines were long because they consistently run out of food. Tonight was the final straw. We went in at 7:30, well past dinner time, to find dirty tables and they were out of steak and brown rice. As usual, lots of dirty pots and pans on the prep station and all kinds of food scraps on the service station. After waiting 20 minutes to get our food, we get home to find my sons steak was raw (see pic). If this was not bad enough, the manager gives my son attitude when he asked for a replacement bowl. This is my last trip there. (Winter Springs location) I guess if I want Chipotle I will find a different location.

The tacos were tasty, but they were served in a bowl that made it really difficult to eat them without getting my hands messy. When I requested extra cheese, I felt like I was being charged unfairly, and it only added to the complications. I had to ask for more cheese four times because the server would take just a tiny amount and end up dropping half of it before it even made it to the burrito. It was frustrating to see him take four small pieces of shredded cheese and place them on the burrito.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! I'll definitely return.

Despite all of the bad reviews on this chipotle, this is the only chipotle in a 25 mile radius that has not done us dirty. The service may be slow BUT they always have everything and even better, it always tastes good. It?s so out of the way, but whenever we crave chipotle, we will drive here to get it. The one on 436 never has anything and they wait to tell you right at the front. If you what chipotle, this is the best location to go to.
