The Peak Bistro And Brewery

The food is really good. Had wood-fired BarBQ Chicken Pizza and Corn Jalapeno Fritte. Amazing selection of beer, the only place we could find with several choices of dark. Owner, Sam, was so nice and made sure everything was right. Head barkeeper is Spot On, she didn't miss anything, even though busy.

Had dinner on the beautiful outdoor deck. The only thing that surpassed the taste of food was our server Madison!! We had our dog with us and Madison brought her a bucket of water.

After a morning of Fat Biking in the nearby YMCA, when the Rockies were my wife and I here for lunch. The burger was a bit expensive; but damn it was good! The first time I put PB on my burger! Great beers and good food. The appetizers were very good.... especially loved the Jalapeno Fritte. Burgers with Jalapeno bacon were great.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and beer (Elk Bugle) both were excellant...nice, interactive staff.
