The Loop Pizza Grill - Winston-Salem

I generally like the Loop. However this time the food was less than..... My Wife and I both had a Mediterranean chicken wrap and it was missing most everything Mediterranean. Inch thick greens, very little dressing and little chicken. I requested some feta and it helped a bit. My sister in law ordered onion soup which she thought was very good. Our tomato cup of soup was also good. We will go back but that meal is not getting a second chance.

Updated 11/25/22. Loop fans: you can now get wings and root beer floats! I had 8 wings sauced with Buffalo; the wings are large, crispy, and flavorful (there are also dry rub options). My husband had Spicy Chicken Cilantro Pizza. The onion rings are still fabulous! Best onion rings in town. Great salads, also. The Loop is a great option for fresh and delicious salads, pizza, and sandwiches. It can be a healthier and less expensive alternative to eating out without sacrificing the quality of the meal. Whether you decide to dine-in or get take out, you should try this place for lunch or a casual dinner! I've been a few times and have never been disappointed. The pizza is thin, cheesy, and very flavorful. It makes you feel full without feeling gross and heavy like you would eating takeout pizza chains. The salads are very fresh and there are many options and toppings. It's healthy but not boring and bland. The sunflower kale salad is my favorite so far! 10/10 recommend and will go back!

Good food. My wife ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and it was good, not great but good. I had the 8? special pizza which was pretty good though, great flavor and it was cooked just perfect. Friendly service is definitely a plus.

We ordered take out from there the other day and it's been a while since I've been here. It was better than I remembered. The menu selection is wide, from real-meal salads to pizzas to burgers/sandwiches. I ordered the black bean burger and, though it's not made in-house, tasted very good. I recommend the sesame bun if you're going that route! Our take out order was filled correctly and quickly. All in all, a good experience.
