We love this place. The employees are all so happy to serve, and the food is always delicious.

Had lunch with my sister. We split a sandwich. It was good with a lot of meat. Bought several items to take home. The food is always good, no doubt. Very expensive is the reason for 4 stars. Other than that you can't go wrong with this food.

I just love the Carving Board and have since my friend introduced me years ago. My favorite sandwich is grilled chicken on a croissant with melted cheddar, bacon, lettuce, avocado, and red pepper Mayo. Their tortellini salad is my favorite but I?ve never had anything I didn?t like from Carving Board. Today, even though they?re short-staffed and very busy at lunch, everyone was still patient and pleasant. Can?t wait until my next lunch there.
