Taco Bell - Winston-Salem

You have not made any attention or order right. Cheese from a nacho bell border and everything. But a sweet child corrected the order and issued a very sincere apology. The food was hot too. You have a new building structure and it looks beautiful.

Tonight was the coldest night of the previous year -3 was the wind chill factor) and I had just broken off the work. I had a taste for a Mexican pizza. So I came there at midnight. I ordered the Mexican pizza, but due to circumstances from their control they said they couldn't make me one because they run out of the boxes. I was so disappointed. BUT then suddenly came a guy named Ricardo J 't know his name at the time) on the headset and was like don't worry about it, I gotchu . He was able to make the pizza and it into another type of container. I could get my pizza all because Ricardo could think outside the box. Ricardo J needs employees of the month to get in the clutch. Win 4 stars only because they had no ice cream. Company must do something about it) People want their drinks cold.

Standard taco bell rate. The dining area was clean. The staff insisted that the commands are placed on the kiosk, honestly I liked it, but it caused some problems for other males. The order filling was precise.

Crunch wrap combo; Crunch wrap had NO MEAT and missing the middle crunch part of wrap. Baja Blast Mountain Dew was under carbonated, tasted like carbonated water, requested a soft taco, given a hard shell taco. Added soft taco supreme, given regular hard shell taco. The only thing right was the staff was nice.

In the last 3 trips there I've seen the manager berate a kid for not speaking english, employees talk trash about customers to their faces, and honestly just be terribly rude. When they actually have most the menu they get the order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Just insanely rude for not reason.
