Sheetz - Winston-Salem

I ordered smoothie, it went through. but it wasn't. the 2 people spoke about the command. I asked. Okay, order didn't go through, so just do it so I could go. I left without him. need to find new smoothie place

Was working at night down the road and went for something to drink and heat my food. The guy working tonight told me that we couldn’t use the microwave. What’s the deal with that? Was going to be a paying customer until the rude worker wouldn’t allow us to use the stores property.

Got my order wrong twice today. Also, the second time we came through, we were told it was going to be about an hour before we got our food. When we pulled up to the window, there were three cars. Two of them left and one remained at the second window. It took them 45+ minutes to give the car in front of us a single small bag. On top of that, they had to ask us for our order again even though we were the only car waiting for food. Pitiful.Merry Christmas, I guess. Our present is terrible customer service.

Went there late one night for a hot chocolate and the pumpkin milkshake and it took them 30 minutes to make it while not even busy. When we got our drink the hot chocolate was cold and the milkshake was melted

Worst sheetz I've ever been in. The bathroom floors looked like they haven't seen a mop in over a month if ever...stiff everywhere trash all over parking lot and 2 attendants using blowers ans juat blowing it towards everyone's cars. Horrible
