Can be expensive but you can't beat some of their set flavor combinations. Love the birthday cake one (ask to add cake pieces) and their peanut butter or Reeses options. Love their set ?? ice cream creations. They also have handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms and seating.

Three people working, two people in line, one person doing it all, poor management. Waited forever

Smoothie was good, but the worker was highly rude. Acted like she did not want to serve us. Oh well. We will try the other coldstone creamery on the other road. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE BESIDE CHIPOTLE.

Walked out because there was only 1 worker while 7 people (including myself) were standing in line watching her go painfully slow. They need more help at this store.

Try to cancel my order because I had an emergency come up and I had called the store to request a refund. And the owner of the store denied my return so I had to spend my entire lunch break the next day to go pick this ice-cream up. Very terrible customer service
