Pizza Hut - Winona

By far, the worst buffet I've ever been to. No salad bar, 4 ancient pizzas, rock hard bread sticks, $15. Just awful.

They are super polite. Called me twice to make sure I got my order. Very great service. Highly

Awful. Second time I’ve ordered from them. I’ve NEVER given a place lower than 3 stars before but this place literally took the cake.The food had literally gone bad, completely rotten. I said I’d bring it back and ask them just to take a smell and see if they would serve it to their family.The offered me 20% off my next order?!?!I said “absolutely not! You served me rotten food I want a refund”I fought and dealt with them for over 30 minutes before the finally agreed to give me a 50% refund and I have to come in to get it!!!!Absolutely trash don’t order from this location. There is one in grimsby and one in Hamilton do not waste your time here!!!Edit to this post:Love how the manager/owner has not responded to ANY of the multiple 1 star reviews. Head office should probably take a look at this.

Never lets you use national deals on pizzahut app. Food is consistently cold on delivery. Never emails out deals/coupons to customers. They dont want your business.

Came for lunch buffet at 12:15. There were no clean tables. There were no plates at the buffet. No salads made for buffet. Only 1/2 of a pizza on the buffet and cinnamon sticks were on the buffet. Pasta containers were empty. Very disorganized.
