Last night, I finally ventured into Tito Boy's, and let me tell you, I've been missing out! Despite living a good 30 minutes away, the journey was absolutely worth it. From appetizers to mains, and even drinks, Tito Boy's delivers an unforgettable culinary experience. For starters, we indulged in the Coconut Adobo Tacos, and oh my, they set the tone for the evening perfectly. The fusion of coconut and adobo flavors danced on my taste buds, leaving me craving more with every bite. Now, onto the drinks. The Ube Latte and Mango Aperol Spritz were nothing short of spectacular. The Ube Latte had this subtle sweetness intertwined with the rich coffee flavor, while the Mango Aperol Spritz was a refreshing burst of tropical delight. Each sip was like a mini vacation for my palate. As for the mains, we opted for the Pork Belly Kare Kare and the Bulalo. Both dishes were packed with flavor and executed flawlessly. The Pork Belly Kare Kare was a symphony of textures, with tender pork belly swimming in a rich, peanut sauce that left me scraping the plate for every last drop. And the Bulalo? It was comfort in a bowl, with hearty beef shank and marrow that melted in my mouth. Throughout the meal, the service was impeccable. Attentive yet unobtrusive, the staff at Tito Boy's truly knows how to make you feel like a valued guest. In conclusion, Tito Boy's exceeded all expectations. With its delectable cuisine, inviting ambiance, and top-notch service, it's no wonder I'm already planning my next visit. And brunch? Count me in! The food and the service were amazing. The portions were big, and one dish can feed two people. Loved the Ube Mochi Waffles. We will definitely come back here. Tito Boy was our restaurant of choice for March and we had an amazing time! The owner, Jackie was very warm and welcoming, attentive and we enjoyed our conversation with her. Highly recommend the pork belly kare kare and spicy adobo wings. Looking forward to bring our parents on our next visit and also try their ube mochi waffles. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
