This place has an incredible 10 topping pizza: 10 toppings!!!<br/ <br/ Their panzerotti is by far my favourite: You get 3 toppings sautéed in garlic butter then oven-baked inside a fresh pizza crust; it smells amazing!<br/ <br/ It 's also one of the few places I 've come across that offers a 'Super thin ' crust.<br/ <br/ Their prices are reasonable, and the owners are very kind, hard-working, and generous. The first time I went there, I was riding my bike and it was very hot outside. After paying for my food, the owner insisted I take a bottle of water with me to stay hydrated.<br/ <br/ They are open 'til 5am weekdays and 6am Saturday Sunday; I would highly recommend Chicago Phil 's after a night out on the town!<br/ <br/

Chicago Phil's is an overlooked gem both in the downtown area and for Winnipeg pizza overall. Delicious deep dish if that's your thing, but also tasty for regular pizza and a great value for late-night by the slice. Quaint and family-run, delicious, and open late. Perhaps a little pricey if you're not desperate for deep dish or something really dense and cheesy.

Been here a few times to try out as much as the menu as I possibly could. Each time I've dealt with the people there, I've felt really welcomed. They are really friendly and the service is on point. Their panzerotti is amazing (ordered the large with pep, ham and bacon already stuffed with mozzarella and pizza sauce it's a gigantic portion, could probably feed two people. Their taco salad is delicious however needs to be consumed the same day, chips get soggy after a day (obviously! but delicious! Their Caesar salad is on point very crips lettuce and not over the top salty bacon, it's very good! Their deep dish pizza is also quite delicious, not over the top with the toppings, just the right size and made in the amount of time they told me it would take. Their cheese toast is also quite filling for 3.99 you can't go wrong, It fills you up well, very cheesy on nice Texas style thick cut bread. Overall, friendly and very fast service with a menu that'll make sure you fill up and conquer your hunger. Love it. Give it a shot.

The people who own Chicago Phil's and make the food are literally the people God specially made and sent to earth. They are always so happy such generous people, they always make my night because they are so cheerful when I pick up my orders. The food is always so delicious and hot! Whenever I have a pizza craving I go there cause it will always be satisfied.
