Ha Long Bay Restaurant - Winnipeg

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious and easy to order quickly. Everything arrived piping hot and was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant! The menu can be easily viewed through pictures, and I ordered the wonton soup, 3 spring rolls, and Chicken Chow Mein as my main course.

It seems like their restaurant is family business which is good because the owners prepared foods well, the foods were cheaper than i expected and quality was better than i expected as well.

It 's been a while, but I frequently come here with friends for lunch, and have never been disappointed.<br/ <br/ Inexpensive, quick service, and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend! Gets very busy at lunch due to the high volume of hospital staff who are clearly 'regulars ', but the service still tends to be fairly quick.

Very good food overall. We do return every few months...However...One person. One cook there smokes like a chimney. It's a horrible **** shoot because you'll get a beautiful rice dish, and about five bites in, all you get is a rancid tobacco aftertaste that (unless you smoke) stays in your mouth for a day. Aside from the one cook that gets their dirty tobacco hands into the food, I would give this place a 4.5 with the value and taste of any of the food.

Great food. A very nice mom and pop shop. The staff is so friendly they treat you like their own family. I ordered the number 17 with summer rolls. The vermicelli noodles (17) was very good, it comes witha small bowl of fish sauce on the side that you add in the bowl. The summer rolls were very delicious expecially their homemade peanut sauce. I would recommend coming her as they have great food and cheap prices.
