Bidra med feedbackFood and service were good but I couldn’t help but notice that there’s always 1 staff member taking care of number of customers. This is really sad. The owner is clearly trying to save pennies by exploiting their staff like this. I wanted to give 0 stars but one is all we can do.
Very unprofessional. Freshii is my go to vegan fast food place but I won 't go back to this one. The manager(? was eating her lunch in plain site of the front door back behind the counter. That made me uncomfortable right away since she came to ring up my order without washing. I tried to order my usual teriyaki wrap with tofu and was very surpried to be advised that I couldn 't have it because the wrap always tears with extra tofu . I said fine and paid a little extra for a bowl. I wondered if she was going to make up my order. But no, she proceeded to order a tall quiet young man around while she went back to eating. She was rude and extrememly impatient with him to the point of work place abuse. She basically proceeded to make him feel inadequate and small in front of me, the customer. He seemed capable enough but he was uncertain how to make up my order and asked her for help. I know these Freshii 's have cheat sheets for staff. There was no one else in the store and I wasnt in a hurry. She ignored a teachable moment, seemed to expect him to fail and gave him hell through the entire procedure, finally making a big deal about him not knowing how to sprinkle black sesame seeds. The fault is either that this staff member was not cut out to work there, or the trainer was a terrible teacher or both,however, that was a display I have never witnessed before. Employees are hired by managers so if he was doing as poorly as she seemed to indicate, then it reflects back on management who do the hiring. I felt very sorry for this guy and I won 't be returning to this location. (I also see I am not the only one who has had strange customer service at this location.

Very nice but very poorly trained staff. Always a big ordeal any time I want to buy a gift card. It’s too bad because everything else is good and I will continue coming here for the other services.
This was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a smoothie, a pocket and a chia pudding. The chia pudding and smoothie are both things I regularly order from other locations but this time they tasted off. Both items tasted sour and I told the cashier and she started arguing with me about how she made the items correctly and there’s no way they should taste bad. I explained that I believe her that she made them correctly but they didn’t taste right and I wasnt going to be drinking/eating them so I’d like a refund. She took about 7 phone calls during our interaction on her personal phone (not calls that came in to the store) with the manager about what to do. She then put the manager on speaker with me and the manager started yelling at me asking why I didn’t know what was in the recipes. The manager also said I was trying to take the food and not pay which wasn’t the case. I only wanted to be refunded for the items that tasted sour and rotten that I left in the store by the way and absolutely did not eat. The employee then tried to only refund me for one item after saying I could be refunded for both. I’m never the type to go this far with interactions like this but once she put the manager on the phone to yell at me I was done. Most ridiculous customer service experience ever. I hope they feel stupid for arguing for half an hour and still losing the money and the possibility of us ever coming back.
