Bidra med feedbackWe dined there yesterday, and our experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely poor. We had chosen the all-you-can-eat prix fixe option and wanted to order additional appetizers, but we were told to wait until after the second course. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and had to follow up three times before it finally arrived, and that took 30 minutes. The server seemed uninterested in accommodating us; in fact, she was busy engaging with another table, checking on their meals and asking if they needed anything else, while we were largely ignored. We couldn't help but feel offended; it left us wondering if our different race played a role in the service we received. We dine out frequently, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences we've ever had.
What a wonderful restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed their Prix Fixe menu, particularly the Alfredo pasta, which was absolutely delightful. The homemade sangria is a must-try as well! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Thank you all for your excellent service!
When we arrived, the hostess greeted us with a cheerful "Congrats!" My partner awkwardly responded with a thank you, as we were both puzzled about what we were being congratulated for. We didn’t have a reservation and hadn’t mentioned any special occasion, so it caught us off guard. After we were seated, our server asked my partner what he would like to drink but didn’t even acknowledge me before walking away. I found it strange but didn’t mind since I was fine with just water. The situation became even more uncomfortable when it was time to settle the bill. The server handed us the payment machine and, skipping any small talk, bluntly asked me when I was due. Taken aback, I replied that I wasn’t pregnant. She didn’t apologize and simply stated, “Oh, I thought you were because you were holding your belly.” I honestly don’t recall positioning myself in a way that would suggest that. At that moment, I was torn between wanting to laugh and feeling hurt. Though I’m petite, I’m not thin, and I was wearing a loose dress; however, it seemed completely inappropriate for her to make such assumptions and comments to a customer. Additionally, our server didn't seem very familiar with the menu, appearing confused when we asked about the dessert and espresso options on the Prix Fixe menu and how the unlimited seconds worked. While we enjoyed the food, this overall experience has likely deterred us from returning.
First time eating here and came for Sunday brunch. Choices were great and change weekly. You can get an order on the menu or choose the family style menu which we did. The menu comes with eggs sausages and bacon vegetables and whichever is the selection for the week. Unlimited refills! Then came dessert which was cheesecake and crumble. I ordered the coconut cappuccino and that was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was whimsical and inviting and lots of parking on the street that was free. The service was great!
Found out about chaise brunch through social media. Thought it would be a great place to host my son 's 1st birthday. Server was very nice at first. As time went on the restaurant became very busy. The Brunch apparently was unlimited but unfortunately our guests were not able to have this option other than the children as the kitchen was very busy. The server was clearly overwhelmed and rudely would say the kitchen is very busy while huffing and puffing which I totally understood but the attitude was not called for. Being in the service industry myself I remained understanding and calm but was very embarrassed by how I told my guests they can order seconds but were not able to. Not a good experience for a $700+ bill. Very disappointing and won 't be coming back
