My friend had taken me for lunch and I suggested Bar Burrito because another friend of mine had hyped it up that we had to try it. We both ordered a spicy chicken bowl. The portions are small and for the 35 dollar price tag, there should have been more. Especially since rice and beans are inexpensive.
My daughter and I visited the new BarBurrito in the Rivergrove area last week. I have to say we had the most wonderful experience with the training manager, Gabby. He explained everything so well, offered taste suggestions, chatted and joked with us in such a friendly manner that we actually had fun ordering fast food takeout! The meals were delicious and my daughter was so happy that her tacos were not soggy or falling apart. We highly suggest visiting BarBurrito on North Main! Fantastico!
Ordered California burrito. Staff was poorly trained and did not know what came on the burrito. Constantly told would be charged for extras that are suppose to be included. Completely unsanitary would keep IPad on serving table with food. Staff would touchscreen of payment machine, IPad, and food without ever changing gloves even between customers. Food was good, but I didn't orderthe side of additude along with it
I ordered a burrito for pickup through SkipTheDishes. The food is great, but the staff at the counter were really rude. When I asked if I could get extra sour cream, I was immediately told, "This is a burrito, so the sour cream is already inside it." I found that answer quite amusing—it was pretty silly. Staff should really take the time to listen to customers and understand what they're asking for before responding. It's clear that I know what a burrito is and how it’s made! The counter staff could really benefit from some professional training on how to listen to customers, handle inquiries better, and boost sales through upselling. It's so important to really listen to what customers are saying.
