However, my experience ordering in-store was quite the opposite. I would strongly recommend ordering online instead. The woman who assisted me was very rude when I mentioned having a book-it coupon for my son, who read at school. She went to get the manager, who was nice and tried to help, but the staff member became even more disrespectful when I asked about the loyalty points since I had never ordered in-store at Pizza Hut before. She huffed and puffed and went to get the manager again, only to inform me that they couldn't apply the points because I had paid with a credit card. That was fine, but it was her attitude that upset me. Additionally, they don't seem to inform you about their policies or ask for your phone number during the ordering process. It's frustrating because not everyone is familiar with the system, and the staff shouldn't take that out on customers. The woman didn’t even ask for my name and just wrote down 'Mark.' Overall, ordering in-store was very frustrating, so I highly recommend using online ordering and opting for delivery. Unfortunately, the attitudes and facial expressions of the employees can really ruin an otherwise decent experience.

They didn 't put cheese on my pizza, and when I called back, Kayla said she would fix it next time. When I called next time to make another order and I reminded them what happened. They acted like I was lost, and s if they didn 't know Kayla. So I got no make right for their mess up. Put a sour taste in my mouth.

Always great food, polite and professional delivery drivers, and great deals! We 've ordered there for the past 2 years now and sometimes I forget to add draw Dino on box for my husband, but 9/10 they do it anyway always a pleasure, thanks for the great service! Have never once had to think, I wish a Domino 's was closer

Small, clean, friendly staff. You do have to park behind the building or across the street, but Wingate is a pretty safe city, and I'm never afraid to get out of my car
