Wineology - Windsor

The evening started off well with live saxophone music and a nicely decorated atmosphere. The food, particularly the oven-made pizza, was quite good. However, the loud music made it difficult to hear conversations across the table as the night went on. The wine selection was great and the appetizers were tasty, but there was a mix-up with our order and our salads were forgotten. The club bass music by the end of the evening was overwhelming and left my head pounding. Despite these issues, the restaurant was reasonably priced and I would consider returning for the food, though the loud music would be a deterrent.

Last night, my dining companions and I visited Wineology with high expectations. Unfortunately, the service we received was the worst I have ever experienced in the city. The host seemed cold and bothered by our timely arrival for our reservation. After checking the list multiple times, he finally seated us at a table for four. We ordered a couple of bottles of wine, three pizzas, and two appetizers. Before our food arrived, the waitress asked us to move to accommodate other guests. We complied and moved to a different table. However, our appetizers were served after the pizzas, and we were asked to move once again in the middle of our meal. The promised dessert never arrived, and the waitress did not check on us for 45 minutes. Despite the delicious food, the terrible service means we will not be returning to Wineology.

After hearing recommendations from family and friends, we decided to try out this restaurant. Our group of 6 had a reservation for 8:00pm, but upon arrival, the host mistakenly claimed it was for 7:30pm and our table had been given away. Eventually, we were seated in a poorly lit back corner without candles. The drinks arrived promptly, but we waited 45 minutes for mediocre appetizers. The main course, however, was tasty. Despite the high price of the wine, the food did not justify the cost. The next morning, half of our group experienced stomach cramps. Overall, this restaurant seems better suited for socializing rather than satisfying hunger. Our waitress was friendly, but we do not plan to return.

We have had the charcuterie and the Pizza and both are very very good. The service is good and the ambiance is nice. They have a large variety of wine.

Very nice trendy atmosphere. The wine selection is vast. The pizza's are delicious and the Charcuterie Boards are a very nice selection as well. The service is always very good. We come here on Tuesday nights when we go to the show.
