South Detroit - Windsor

I go here solely for the fish tacos. I can't find another place that makes them quite as good. I've had other food here and its all delicious but definitely try the fish tacos!

I was staying at a local hotel and happened to find this little jem. Detroit South has a very eclectic menu which has a vast array of different items to please any pallet, including mine. In all fairness I went straight to the Oysters on the half shell, with a nice Australian Shiraz, I was in Heaven. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I can't wait to get back.

My friend was amazed by the abilities of the waitress who was single-handedly running the restaurant: clearing tables, providing menus, tending to the bar, and serving drinks.

This restaurant is a great spot to sit at the bar, enjoy some delicious pub food, and watch two bartenders efficiently manage the busy crowd. It's a fun experience overall.

The food was delicious and served promptly. I highly recommend trying the Atomic Bombs. However, the prices may seem a bit high for the portion sizes.
