Presotea Windsor

I really enjoy Presotea! The atmosphere is so lively, and there are plenty of spots to study and hang out with friends.

What they do, they do exceptionally well! They offer a fantastic selection of bubble tea and a variety of dessert drinks. All of their mango-flavored beverages are delightful. Their range of brown sugar milk teas is simply delicious, featuring complex flavor profiles that taste authentic and natural. Orders are processed quickly, and you can bypass the line by using the app. The atmosphere is great, too!

This is easily the worst store I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible, and it completely ruins the atmosphere. On one occasion, I expressed a concern about my order and was unexpectedly confronted by a woman from the back for no reason other than my complaint. I was advised to file charges, but I didn't feel it was necessary.
