I feel very fortunate to have attended many of Lou’s events over the past few years, and I have to say the food is always truly outstanding. She is renowned for her use of fresh, whole ingredients and her unique personal touches. Lou is incredibly gracious, highly talented, and a pleasure to collaborate with. One of her popular specialties is the grilled teriyaki chicken skewers, which are always a hit. She often grills on-site, adding a wonderful atmosphere to her events. At a recent gathering, she served roast beef that was absolutely incredible, and her grilled marinated salmon is nothing short of extraordinary. Additionally, her appetizer table is always breathtakingly beautiful. She deserves every compliment that comes her way.

Lou was absolutely fantastic from the very start. She catered our wedding, and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Lou and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone was so impressed with her cooking that our guests kept asking where she was from, hoping to hire her in the future! Wonderful service! I called the day of my event after a failed pig roast, and Lou was able to whip up 2 amazing dishes! The party raved about her roast beef. And she even delivered to my event. Great service and such a sweet woman!
