Rude staff, very slow and burnt food. I ordered a buttered bagel and the wait time was over 10 minutes. After they gave me the bagel which was so burnt it was charred, I had to return. The lady at the counter argued that it wasn't burnt multiple times. She then said that they have no more bagels and I left without getting a refund. Please see the attached photo of my BURNED bagel. This Tim's isn't worth a stop. We ordered a few items from the menu and received two cold bagels with hairs on them, accompanied by barely any cream cheese. The hot chocolate was overly watered down and tasted more like warm milk. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
