I don 't know why they design the Starbucks to be so challenging when it comes to parking. Surely they could have arranged it so the drive-thru line doesn 't block parking spaces making it a challenge to get in or out. We did finally get a parking space and went inside. We both ordered a drink, gave the Barista my name, and went and sat down. They spent 10 minutes calling for Karen before we realized they were actually looking for me.
