Rowley Grill And Tap - Winchester

We've eaten here many times before never had an issue. We stopped in no one greeted us. Waitress and owner/manager walked past us multiple times neither bothered to acknowledge us. Not even a simple be right with you. Instead we were able to listen to their personal conversations about their friends life and how much they don't like her. Another group of the waitresses friends come in they get asked what they want for drinks while we were still waiting for a menu, water, greeting etc. The worst part was that the owner/manager was a part of this. It is one thing for poor waitressing but as the owner/manger you should be on top of customer service. To say the least we left. There was no point in wasting my money on an establishment that is only interested in serving their friends. I hope they have a huge friend following that can tip well and like to eat out often without a friend discount if they're interested in making money. I don't think I will ever eat in here again or attempt to I should say and I most definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Another establishment in CT with decent food but extremely poor service. Our waitress was blatantly rude to us. Other staff members were unfriendly.

We had the lobster alfredo....EXCELLENT! There was a decent amount of lobster and the sauce was amazing. Service was great and the place is clean and well laid out.

The food was great and the people were nice and knowledgeable.

Rowley has really good and tasty food as well as great service. If you are in the area don't miss out on a visit here.
