Mcdonald's - Winchester

I've been visiting this place a lot since I've been working close. I have to say her customer service is always great and they keep the place always neat. the prices are reasonable and they serve great portions.

The staff are usually friendly and polite. I?ve had an occasional order goof up but they are always apologetic. Now if that ice cream machine would work consistently I?d be much happier.

This is the worst McDonalds ever. They make you wait in line for forever and when you finally get food IT WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU ORDERED!! When you go back to get the food you actually ordered they will make you feel like your robbing them even though you have your receipts and you were the one wronged in the first place! This store is right beside a Wendy's, a KFC, and an Arby's. Please, save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else!

Waited over 15 minutes, then they told us they weren't serving what we ordered and paid for. Said we could get the Big Mac.Had to wait another 15 minutes or so for those. Meanwhile are other part of the order snd fries when given to us were very cold. I provided pictures. One patty looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Both patties were almost paper thin. Very poorly made. I would be embarrassed to serve something like that. I am glad I rarely go to McDonalds.

It's McDonald's, eat the McDouble, devour the fries, and take comfort in knowing it's always the same wherever you go. And you can get a drink for a dollar.
