Ihop - Winchester

Google shows its open 24hrs on Saturday. I showed up at 5:30 am and it was closed.

Waited outside at opening time to only fine out they had no cook….so no business and they were still saying they are open.

Waitress was amazing, very attentive, and friendly. Tables and floors were dirty. BLT barely any bacon on sandwich, maybe 2 pieces total if lucky. I couldn't tell exactly how many because they broke them into little pieces. It was more like a lettuce sandwich). The chicken strips and waffles were good.

Clean place esp for a sunday right after church. Waitress was on top her game and did it with a smile even though there was a group that was treating her soooo awful. Food was hot n meal was good. I got the steak with mushrooms it was tender little well done id ask for med rare next time but all in all its was great.

Good food. Reasonable prices. Mostly, the service from our attendant, Barbie was incredible. Hard to explain, but she made you feel like you've known her for years ?
