El Centro - Winchester

The restaurant has a delightful ambiance, with lively Latin music playing at a pleasant volume. The chips and salsa served as starters were excellent. My main course was outstanding, and the wait time was just right given the number of patrons. The service was very friendly without being intrusive. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to dine in the old town of Winchester.

The food was great! My fajita skillet arrived a bit late, but it was served hot. I had the shrimp and scallop special tonight, and it was fantastic. The margarita was delicious as well!

Came reccomended by the locals...we were there around noon on a Friday. Food was ok... Hubby is from southern Colorado so he is particular about his Mexican food, while I'm more Americanized. Chips n salsa yummy. I had the Mexican egg rolls which were fine. Hubby got chicken enchiladas also fine. There was a little while where you could smell burning oil which was not pleasant.

Absolutely! The service was attentive, the food was wonderful, and the drinks were fantastic, all set in my favorite design. I had the Matador plate with steak, chicken, and chorizo, along with sides of black beans, rice, salad, and pico de gallo—it was exceptional! Another guest ordered the shrimp and scallop fajitas, which were also very delicious. Our drinks included Design XX Amber and Negra Modelo, along with a mango margarita that was simply amazing! The restaurant was clean, and the service was top-notch. The patio seating is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone in Winchester's old town.

Happy Hour! Had the Chimi Rolls and draft DosXX for Les than $10. Cool, laid back Mexican joint in the heart of downtown Winchester!
