Bidra med feedbackTo avoid an upset stomach, steer clear of this restaurant, which serves a chaotic mix of poorly executed Indian dishes. Don't be fooled by their low prices; it feels more like they owe you for dining there. I honestly can't understand how they can afford the rent with the quality of food they're offering. It's baffling to see such a confusing blend of curry and other flavors that just doesn’t work.
I want to start by saying I've never left a review for anything before, but after my experience tonight, I felt it was important to warn others. I purchased a Groupon voucher, which promised three courses and a glass of wine. I bought this meal as a treat for my in-laws while they were visiting. They are not picky eaters and are generally easy to please, but I wouldn't want to take them somewhere that serves a poor meal. Anyway, the voucher mentioned a set menu, but it didn't specify what the options were...
If you have a voucher, it could be worth a visit, but just a heads-up: the chicken schnitzel resembles a large chicken nugget—it’s not made from fresh meat, but rather a pre-made frozen item that contains around 40% chicken. As for the accompanying salad, it’s really just a garnish.
The food was fantastic, though the service could be better. The menu offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and I enjoyed sampling various dishes; it was definitely worth the wait. The prices are fair, and the portion sizes are very generous.
The menu might seem a bit disorganized, but the curries are truly outstanding. I highly recommend the chicken vindaloo accompanied by the fried rice, and you definitely shouldn't miss the freshly made samosas! Overall, this restaurant is well worth a visit, and the staff are excellent.
