Dunkin' - Wilson's Mills

Honestly, these guys are heroes for being open at 5AM on a Sunday morning. Thank you for not only humoring me but getting my order correct at such a godawful time of day.

Went thru drivethru for a small black coffee and a toasted bagel w. Cc. When i went to pay, they reached out with keypad asking for a tip. I left 15%, hit the road and found out they didnt even cc my bagel, just poured a black coffee in a cup, toasted a bagel and tossed the cc cup in the bag. What maybe 8 seconds of effort! And you want a freaking tip! Stay away from this dd!

Horrible experience. This morning, I ordered a snacky bacon and got it cold. I went back and politely asked if I could get it heated up and they replied in a rude manner saying No that 's how it comes Knowing all the other dunkins I go to don 't have cold bacon. I feel very disrespected the way they were laughing at me as I ordered. They were laughing at my accent, Not very friendly like. Again, Horrible experience.

Just want to say I absolutely love this location. There can be a line of cars at the drive thru but I know this location can handle it and is super fast and efficient. Also, the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond. I choose to go to this Dunkin every time because of the staffs outstanding service!I normally see Eddie and Cherelle (sp? in the morning! Honestly everyone has a pleasant demeanor and makes this place! It is very well run!

Service was terrible not friendly. Try to give the change said to late already rung it up.
