I walked in right when the Highland Heights location was opening. I was told someone that was very friendly “Someone will be right with you. I don’t work here. I work next door.” I eventually saw an employee that did not even make eye contact that proceeded to fill ice bins and make tea, etc When she finally stopped walking past me and came to the register, she said “Can I help you?” I found her to be rude and very unfriendly and welcoming. As I waited for my order, a very friendly staff member asked if I had been helped. She called the rude employee Christina. I have never had a bad experience until today. I was very disappointed and the food was mediocre for the first time.
