Port City Java - Wilmington

The service here was friendly. I ordered a frozen caramel latte, which was decent but lacked enough flavor and tasted overly milky. I also found it to be pricier than I anticipated—$7 for a single drink feels a bit steep.

I just left after ordering two mocha shakes. I requested that mine be made first so I could enjoy it while inside the restaurant, as the other shake was meant to be a birthday surprise for a coworker. The person who took my order clearly communicated this to the staff, but it wasn’t followed through. I had to ask for straws and a tray; the tray was far too large to hold the cups properly, which almost caused one drink to spill. Additionally, the lid on my shake wasn’t secured properly, resulting in most of it ending up in my car. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The only bright spot was the gentleman who took my order.

This is a fantastic café with delicious breakfast burritos. I highly recommend enjoying them on-site!

Drive thru was very quick/convenient. The impossible bagel is amazing, and they personalize it any way you like it. Everyone is always nice and professional.

This location is my favorite! Even when they're busy they acknowledge me and make me feel valued. Thats why I keep coming back. Margot makes delicious croissant sandwiches!
