Panda Express - Wilmington

I first went through the drive-thru and ordered orange chicken. However, when I looked at my meal, it appeared that I had been given the last of the batch, the leftover chicken before they brought out a fresh batch. I knew exactly what was going on. I decided to go inside and ask for fresh orange chicken. The staff happily prepared it for me, which is one of the reasons why I love Panda Express. The customer service is always excellent, and the food is top-notch when it's hot and fresh.

The service at Panda Express is consistently exceptional, including today. The food was cooked properly and served at the perfect temperature. I would prefer more chicken and fewer onions in the Black Pepper Chicken dish. Besides that, my three-plate meal was delicious. I look forward to visiting Panda Express again in the future.

My experience at this restaurant had a rocky start, but Anne was a fantastic server. Despite encountering a rude second employee, I decided to overlook this as some people may not know how to be kind to others. Dealing with Niky, the assistant manager, was a positive experience and ultimately led me to give the restaurant 5 stars. I plan on returning and hope that you will as well.
