Del Pez Mexican Gastropub-Wilmington

One of my favorite spots. The diablo guac is outstanding. Great vibes.

In general, the dining experience was positive. Hell Burger is excellent. Unfortunately, the Street Tacos lacked sauce or any dressing. We requested some sauce from the server, only to be charged an additional $4. Additionally, we were surprised to find an extra charge for flavored mojito puree.

Lovely first time at Del Pez. The food and service was excellent. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the grilled shrimp and salad. My friend had the spinach shrimp quesadilla and loved it. We will be back.

The service was slower than anticipated, especially when it came to getting our drinks. The waitress was polite, and the food was alright.

This was our third visit. We’ve not been disappointed yet. We had the Carnitas nachos which were good but a bit dry for our liking. Could’ve used more cheese and some sour cream which we added. I had the shrimp and spinach enchiladas which were great and my husband had the short rib burrito which he loved. We had the corn cake and street corn sides which both were amazing.
