Tgi Fridays - Willow Grove

I love coming here. we don't come here often, but if we do that, everyone who works on Friday in the willow grove mall are super friendly. we are here yesterday at 17.8.22 clock. I'm sorry, I didn't get any names, but our server was great and the manager was just as great. the person who sat us was so friendly, and when we all left, the people who worked, had a smile and told us bye. this is very rare to find now and days. the food was great and quickly came out:

Went for drinks and appetizer, had the lavender cocktail and whiskey glazed chicken bites. Both were fantastic and bought another cocktail, lavender and alcohol were not overpowering, has a balanced and smooth flavor, will really plan on getting another again. Chicken has a sweet flavor from whiskey, not too strong and the sauces that came with it were great!

Total rip off. Order with uber eats cob salad More like a side salad. Missing cucumbers...avacodo....bacon . These restaurants are really screwing over customers skimping om meals. This is our new norm and some of these brands are taking advantage. Everything is shrinking but prices are not. This place has been consistently doing this. Shameful this isn't even close to advertising photo...yes there will always be a difference but this is ridiculous.

Spur of the moment visit. Service a bit slow. Weak beverages, fries were cold. Gave us wrong order. Bathroom was dirty and smelled like a litter box. Overall ok, will go back. Maybe an off night. Just my honest opinion.

Lovebthe food here. Came for lunchbwithmy brother and best buddy after a health scare.. so glad we decided on this location! Our server was Bridgette- she was awesome ! Attentive- courteous- extremely friendly and practiced good habits while in close quarters with patrons. Her skills are unmatched. This location is clean friendly and food is amazing!. I had some chicken fingers. Fries ribs mozzarella sticks potato skins. Everything was amazing! Will definitely return to this location AGAIN as it's one of my favorites. Thanks again guys ! Lunch was awesome and drinks were strong lol
