Carrabba's Italian Grill - Willow Grove

I ordered the Trio platter that included; Lasagna, Alfredo, and chicken parm… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The Lasagna and chicken was old, molded, and burnt.. I cannot believe they are serving food like this! I had to throw away a $30 meal, I wouldn’t have fed that to my dog!!! This is very concerning, someone will get sick!!!!

We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated promptly. Our server, Brie, arrived right away and I have to say, this girl was fantastic - probably the best service we've had in years. We didn't have to wait long for drinks, appetizers, or our meals. It seemed like the whole staff, from the busboys to the bartender to the cooks, and especially our server, Brie, were on top of their game. Kudos to everyone for a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience during happy hour at the restaurant.
