It had been a while since I last visited Wendy's, but I finally decided to treat myself. The food was prepared quickly, without compromising on quality. The staff was wearing personal protective equipment and were impressively fast and efficient. The food itself was also of high quality. Although they forgot my drink, I can overlook that. I will definitely be returning again soon.

I decided to give this place another chance in March after experiencing improved service and food quality as well as friendly staff. However, my visit last night was disappointing. Despite a short wait to place my order, I ended up waiting 15 minutes just to receive my food. When I finally got my order, it was incorrect - I had to go back and have it fixed. The burger I ordered was sloppily made and not well done, and my baked potato came with sour cream instead of butter. In addition to the service issues, I noticed other customers were also having problems. The restaurant was lacking in cleanliness and one of the drink machines was broken. Overall, this Wendy's location needs major improvements in management. I will not be returning and have also contacted the company to address these issues.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. I ordered my food through their app and it was packaged correctly. There was only one employee at the register, so I had to wait in line with other customers, even though my order was for pickup. The wait time wasn't too long when I left.
