Visited this place traveling to San Antonio to drop off a military member, myself and my wife all in military clothing. When we approached the counter to order the three people standing there walked away from the counter, we stood there waiting for someone to take our order but no one came to do so. We left this place and I called the business to speak to a manager after telling him what happen he offered us drinks to make it right, I asked for the corporate phone number and was informed by him that this establishment was privately owned and they did not answer to corporate but he would give me the phone number, I called this number and of course it was not the correct number. Now I don't know if it was a dislike for the military or for people of color or a mixture of both but after that experience jack in the box is no longer a food establishment I will patronize

My husband went in to get food @8:00pm on Sunday April 14th and the person that was working the drive though kept asking anything else over and over. That is beyond disrespectful to be interrupting someone like that. He asked for extra taco sauce and person working the drive through window just shut the door. I will not be returning here since obviously no know common decency. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I have to click on.
