Dunkin' - Williamstown

Just started frequenting DD again, my wallet does not appreciate however this location has staff that is on point! I usually pass if drive thrus seems pretty full, but not here! I have complete faith it will move swiftly and it sure does. My order has never been wrong. One other thing that made me want to share a great experience is I had a question about the app, a young girl working there did not have the answer for me but said she should know since she worked there. I didn’t want to hold the line and wait for a manager. I figured it out on my own, but I was impressed that she acknowledged she should know. To me it showed that they really care!

The Williamstown Dunkin has very friendly people working there. You are also very fast filling your order. The line on the drive thru is usually long, but the waiting time is short because they are so fast. This is one of those places where customers often pay it forward! I've been treated a few times and I've been treated too!

Nice service and friendly staff. Food and drinks always come out exactly how I ordered it.

. Some employees are nice, but 8-10 times my order is wrong and sometimes I swear that they do it on purpose. laughing on speakers sometimes ignore. They never wear a mask and u can see them in the window, then touch their face someone?s drink. Coffee is always incompatible, so I just stopped going. Sometimes you talk to you demolition when they are in a bad mood, depending on who works.

Not even 1 star. Love my Dunkin! Pulled through the drive thru at 745 and was told they were closed. They close at 8 and apparently start wrapping up at 730. I am in the food and beverage industry and I get it wanting to get out early. Don 't know if the 3 cars behind me in line wanted to hear it either. Closing at 8pm doesn 't mean we actually close at 730 .
