Bidra med feedbackThis review is based on food only as takeaway is the only available option at this time with the pandemic Ordered the butter chicken (tasty), yellow lentils with spinach (very good), garlic naan (good) and saffron jeera rice. Dishes were all flavourful, good quality ingredients and reasonably priced. Complimentary pappadums were a nice touch. Would recommend if you’re looking for good Indian takeaway.
Bharti in perth CBD serves you like amazing Indian veg food and butter masala paneer masala Malai Kofta butter naan garlic Naan chocolates shake
Entrée:<br/ <br/ Paneer Tikka: Loved the paneer tikka but an odd number of pieces to serve<br/ <br/ Aloo Tikki Chat: Average but overpriced<br/ Chilli Chips: Right up our alley. Tasted really good<br/ <br/ Mains:<br/ <br/ Tarka Dhal: Our favourite curry served at this restaurant, one can never go wrong with this dish <br/ <br/ Bindi Masala: Loved it! One of the best dishes served here <br/ Baingan Bharta: Loved it! <br/ <br/ Breads/ Rice:<br/ <br/ Butter Naan: Loved it! One of the best Naans in Perth(B) <br/ Steamed Basmati: Loved it! (M &B) <br/ <br/ Pros:<br/ <br/ As it is an Indian restaurant, there are many vegetarian options to choose from.<br/ <br/ Some of the classic curries are made very well here like their Tarka Dhal, Baingan Bharta and Bhindi Masala and it is definitely one of the better restaurants we have been to.<br/ <br/ Cons:<br/ <br/ It is in the city so parking is a problem. If you go here on weekdays you may not have as much trouble but, on the weekends, parking is a pain.<br/ <br/ The menu at the Indian restaurants gets boring as it is the same in every Indian restaurant so, there isn’t anything special served here that is not served elsewhere.<br/ <br/ The entrees are overpriced and the quantity is small.
My review comes in at a belated hour, however this place brings back some really good memories now that i think about it. Balti is a well known restaurant in Perth. Now i don't normally try a lot of Indian food outside India since it tends to be pretty bland but let me tell you that Indian food in Australia, atleast whatever I ate in Perth and Cairns was pretty much at par with what would you'd get here, back home in terms of the spices and flavors.<br/ <br/ We started off with some apps being the Lahsooni Murg Tikka Seekh Kebab coupled with Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Naans for the mains and a few Cocktails. Attentive staff and service ensured that the food was served hot and on time. The flavors simply made me smile. From the marination of the tikkas to the spices in the curry, everything was spot on and so were the breads. Thankfully there were no compromises of any sort.<br/ <br/ A tad on the pricier side perhaps, but then again eating out in Australia does tend to get kind of pricey (maybe i was sub-consciously doing the whole conversion thing).<br/ <br/ All in all a wonderful place!<br/ <br/
Dear Balti, I loved your paneer curry and butter naan and if you did have mango lassi I would have taken it and I liked your paneer tikka. I also love the place you chose it is beautiful than the places I go for dinner with my mum and dad I wish I could stay here and eat all the paneer curry, butter naan, paneer tikka and mango lassi.Your Dear friendAavani(I am 8 years old)
