Taco Bell - Wilkes-Barre

This is the best Taco Bell around! The food is always served fast hot and delicious. In particular their tacos are the best I've ever had at any Taco Bell anywhere and the staff is always very polite and helpful!Service: 5/5

This place is a JOKE!! I ordered twice from this store and both times 0 starts could be given. Always ordered thru the drive thru both times took more than 10+ mins. First order was small and they missed an item was already home when I found out . Second time was a few days ago I made it to the pick up window from the drive thru and waited there about 8 minutes just looking at them talking on the window and no one was behind me . Waited and waited and they kept asking if I paid for my order ? (First thing I did 15 minutes passed and they asked me if I received my food like NO!! I'M JUST WAITING HERE. asked me what I ordered just passed them the receipt and still got sloppy food , bad made food , two of the same item and I ordered 3 different items . Food was nasty spent $30 for bad food , bad customer service and just my time wasted . I WOULD AVOID GOING HERE . I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE

This taco bell is my favorite in town. They rarely mess up my food and they actually put a enough nacho cheese in the little cups to finish your chips.Food: 5/5

This taco bell is the worst. They are slow, ignorant, and have no common sense or people skills. The heavy set female who stands around and does nothing but makes ugly faces and dumb remarks needs to be fired. What a worthless piece of humanity. I waited 45 mins in drive thru and got nothing but ignorance.

Horrible. Sat in lobby for 20 minutes never even started our food. All they did was talk and fool around the whole time. Just staring at me. Absolutely horrible experience
