Starbucks - Wilkes-Barre

I was in there, I was getting my covid shot n its was in Wilkes College gym!

WiFi is often unreliable, and the music can be so loud that it’s impossible to have a conversation or to concentrate on class work.

Ordered coffee and it was served within 1 minute of ordering. Excellent customer service.Features: Wore Masks. Very Friendly.

Why is everyone so brashly unkind/impatient? I was afraid to ask if there was somewhere I could use the restroom. Oh, and the staff made sure to give me a free education on how it is a corporate store . By redundantly telling me that each and every time I asked about a tumbler or VIA coffee. Sort of a customer service Area 51. They make you feel like you aren 't a person. Thanks Starbucks , I have a bitter taste in mouth

Super nice staff! Was working as a vendor for Wilkes during an event and they had an open account for us. Staff knew exactly what we were talking about, and set us up with the breakfast and coffee we needed! Thanks again!
