Hardee's - Wilkes-Barre

Staff were all very friendly. Order was taken quickly and our food was quickly prepared. Fries were right out of the frit, nice and hot as I like!

The food was very good..small portions though..price was decent. I was able to get a meal for $5 ..thats almost unheard of anymore. Quick service too. Friendly staff also. I actually walked out and left my purse there and didn't realize it until I was 25 minutes away..I called them and they had already seen that I left my purse and immediately took it to the office and held it there safely for me. Job well done guys.thanl you.. that could've been a nightmare. Will definitely go back.

It's small which probably could be a good thing. But the staff, while pleasant, didn't seem up to par with better fast food places (but honestly was better than most places in Wilkes-Barre). The food was good, although the chicken tender meal I had looked really small in the box they served it to me in.

First time was inside store and all went well. Good service good food. That was months ago. This time went thru drive through. Ordered fries, never got them. Ordered 2 small burgers with nothing on them, not even cheese. Both had ketchup and mustard. Had to wash them off so my dog would eat them. Had it been for a person with allergies it would have been trash. Called to complain and got a voicemail box. Too many other places nearby. Bye Hardees

I don't understand how it takes 10 minutes to make two sliders and I wish I was exaggerating. The slowest service ever will be found here at Hardee's but the sliders are delicious. I can't blame it on the employees, they should have a new manager to get things going like how a business should be ran. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review like this, but it happens every single time I am there and it has been ongoing
