Mcdonald's - Wiggins

I ordered a 10 PCs nuggets and they were very soggy y'all need to get y'all stuff straightened out

HORRIBLE! I am sick of the overload of condiments, the dried out burger, soggy old fries, and the incompetent staff. Go to ANY other mcd’s in the area.

I am not one to leave reviews, but today i went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast and Sadie and Kya (hopefully i spelled their names correctly) were SO KIND. Not only was my food good, but my experience with them was THE BEST. They were so sweet, talkative, and even helped me save a bit of money. They are clearly incredible employees, and this mcdonald’s location is very lucky to have them!! I hope there is some way they could be rewarded for their fantastic customer service!

Stopped for an Ice cream cone and of course it was down ordered a big Mac and fries. Fries were cold and absolutely inedible, burger was garbage! So much sauce on it that it couldn 't be eaten. I just don 't understand how this place stays in business when they do not care about quality of their products.

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line, the first window employee wasn't sure if our order was correct. This place needs more employees or either more responsible employees!!! Ridiculous to have to wait this long for a hamburger !! This use to be a great , fast food restaurant but it is no longer !
