Taco Bell - Wichita Falls

Everytime I go thru here, they have the BEST employees! Big thumbs up to the folks here. Kinda slow getting orders, but the friendly staff more than makes up for it. I refuse to go to the other locations simply for the staff.

They have good food and friendly employees it's fast when you are on the go the prices on the menu is great when you are on budget

I'm DONE with this location. It's more convenient but the people that work there are subpar. First they got my soft tacos wrong. Hubby noticed, sent it back through the window and he thought it was ok. However when I opened them they had sour cream everywhere!! That didn't even come with sour cream and they put it on there anywhere and it looks like it was intentionally done. Tried to reach them by phone for 30 minutes and after a while called another store. They had their number they gave was same. Which, after a few rings sounds like it was picked by a fax machine. Didn't know they made those. I'm furious and you'd have to pay me a lot of money to get me to go to ANY Taco Bell!!

Although none of WF Taco Bell are very good or poorly managed, this is the best of them. They have fresher food usually and friendly staff. The problem is the kitchen staff they throw it all together and wrap or box it but you can tell they just don't care. It's sloppy like they purposely threw it together. For example a couple days ago I got soft tacos, nothing but a little meat and just a sprinkle of lettuce and cheese. If their not going to put tomatoes on them now at least put enough of the ingredients to make it taste decent! And of course it always looks messy.

Run of the mill Taco Bell. They do have the kiosks at this location which I enjoy because I like to customize things I don't have to explain it over over. They could keep it cleaner, but it was tolerable. People weren't super friendly, but they weren't rude. Average experience.
