Bite Me Bbq - Wichita East

Food.was delicious and service was astounding, and two top it off someone paid for my girlfriend and I meal. 10/10

I had the two meat dinner with turkey and brisket, it was so good. Excellent slaw and potato salad too. Those two things are a must have and they often disappoint and Bite Me BBQ takes as much care on the sides as they do their meat. Save room for peach cobbler… Oh my goodness!

2nd best BBQ I've ever had, and that's saying a LOT. I've been eating BBQ regularly for 35 years. Since I know you're wondering what number 1 is, it's called Q39 in KC.

I've heard a lot about Bite me BBQ but was underwhelmed with how dry and lack of flavor the food was. I will give it another try later.

It appeared to be promising, but looks are deceiving. The ribs were overly greasy, fatty, and had a gummy like consistency. The smoke “flavor” over powered any resemblance of seasoning. The sweet potato waffle fries were mushy and had no seasoning. Plus some were luke warm and some cold. The small bowl of mac cheese was barely warm and cold in many spots. A McRib is better barbecue than I had tonight.
