I was really impressed with how quick they were for a morning visit. The staff had such a positive attitude! I decided to cancel one of my drinks at the last minute, and they handled it very well—kudos to them! Excellent customer service all around. Plus, it's conveniently located in the same shopping center as my workplace!

The barista wearing glasses and an orange mask made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. He repeatedly mentioned a sign indicating that certain items were unavailable, but I couldn’t see any sign anywhere. His attitude came off as quite rude, which only added to the frustration. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the wait time is generally reasonable given the amount of traffic they manage.
