Marie Callender's Bakery - Whittier

I received the best service at this restaurant compared to most others. Marcella, a very sweet and caring waitress, had a smiling demeanor that is rare to find nowadays in restaurants.

The corn bread was excellent, a perfect 10/10. However, the burger was mediocre, with a 5/10 rating - it lacked flavor seasoning. The pasta shared the same score as the burger, a 5/10. The cheesecake was okay, scoring at a 6/10. The banana cream pie was the standout dish, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating.

The food was just okay, but the service was below average. I requested my pumpkin muffin before my meal arrived, but everyone else at the table got their corn bread while my muffin was missing. I had to ask for it multiple times before it finally came out.

Food was surprisingly good, very happy with the service. The children really enjoyed their food

Our whole experience here was fabulous! The food was just perfect? I loved her Caesar salad with the house dressing. Our server Kristina D. was extremely professional, fast and friendly. Your homemade cakes are excellent!!
